Dr Terfa Kene

Dr Terfa Kene is an experienced Public Health Physician, Epidemiologist and Medical Statistician and Health System Development Expert who has managed several public health research field activities and projects.
He is a Fellow of the West African College of Physicians in Community Health (FWACP), Fellow of National Postgraduate Medical College in Public Health (FMCPH), MSc in Medical Statistics/Epidemiology and currently doing a PhD in Climate Change Resilience and Sustainability.
He is the Chief Executive Officer of Ave Health Sense Limited, a public health social enterprise organisation based in Abuja, Nigeria.
He is the current President of Association of Public Health Physicians of Nigeria (APHPN).
He has previously worked with several local and international development partners including FHI 360 and the Unites State Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Nigeria.
He is multi-talented with diverse knowledge and experience and has co-created the Access Bank Solar for Health product to finance hospital solar installations.
He is the project manager of the Rays for Healthcare Project focus on providing solar solutions for hospitals in Nigeria
